8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees become immediately due and payable
• We will return or destroy your confidential information as requested
• Our confidentiality obligations will survive termination
• You will retain access to completed work products as agreed

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where FlexForceAdvisors is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
